They are widely used for vibrating bins, hoppers, chutes, sieves, containers, etc, for functions like smooth flow of material, screening, feeding, compacting, etc. The benefit of electro magnetic bin vibrators is that the amplitude of vibrations can be diverse over a wide range. The design also decreases the use of any moving parts such as bearings, eccentrics, motors, belts, valves, piston, etc, and hence, involves no maintenance. Electro magnetic bin vibrators are manufactured in range from 50 watts to 500 watts for different applications. The variable amplitude controller is supplied with the equipment. Special purpose vibrators can also be offered as per necessities.
