Prod-aid engineers provides hopper feeders that are used to deliver components and material at height of 2 to 2.5 metres to magazines/hoppers this unit is having a big boot to carry large volume of components/material,that is elated, with the help of cleated chain or belt. The chain/belt is driven by 1/4 to 1/2 hp motor complete with necessary speed reducer. Its uses are feeding components in oriented configuration to magazine or discharge of bulk materials to hopper kept at hight. This system helps to reduce operator fatigue, enhances productivity, reduces risk of shop floor accidents and improves shop floor aesthetics.
