Ajita services provides cnc winder. This cnc winder controller can be applicable to automatic wind enameled copper wire, yarn or thread on a bobbin. The parameters to be fed into the controller are the diameter of the wire, the width of the bobbin, the position of the bobbin, the number of turns and mode of operation to suit different applications. The controller automatically winds, the transverse movement maintaining a correct relationship with the spindle speed and the diameter of the wire being wound so that good layering takes place. The maximum spindle could be 2500 rpm and the maximum traverse speed could five times the pitch of the lead screw per second. This controller can also be retrofitted to manually operated machines.
