Electrical Wire Rope Hoist comes with:
- Shalin Rope: drum is manufactured from seamless pipe machined suitably to provide groove for Rope to coil around firmly. The drum is fitted with either ball or roller bearing smooth operation
- Bearing: Internationally approved heavy-duty ball / roller bearings which can perform under ruthless operation even over 9000hrs.
- Gear Box: Specially Designed oil immersed gear box is the key feature Electrical Wire Rope Hoist, Gear are covered in casing which does protect them from external dust, sustains in heavy load containing operation for long hours. Noiselessly, Smoothness ensured by the high-speed helical reduction gears
- Trolley: Suitable to operate on loeams, hand geared and motorized push-pull trolley and heavy duty bearing fitted on each cranes.
- Brakes: Heavy duty conical brakes are provided alongside motor extremely for easy maintenance. Brakes are fixed such that can bear full load when the power supply is switched during operation or by accident.
- Limit Switches: are provided as a safely device to prevent overthrowing & over lowering. Limit switches are easily adjustable for the required working height.
