Elscint automation provides a high-speed cap vibratory bowl feeder. It is mainly used for feeding of caps. Six vibrator drives are provided by the company. Because of the high speed either model 400, model 400 hd or model 630 is used for this application. The sight change over tool enables feeding of different sizes of caps in the same bowl. All the change parts are manufactured specifically to fit in the correct positions. Changeover tooling can be done in a very short time even by unskilled persons. The bowl can handle caps where the length of the cap is more than the diameter. It generates 250-300 caps/min speeds for this type of caps. The company also provides base plates, stands and chutes, along with the feeder to cater the customer a total solution. Special stainless steel base plates and chute holders are also supplied as per requirements.
