A film roll of suitable width has to be mounted at the back of the machine. Then the film goes into the unwinding assembly and then enters into the forming collar & forms into a tube. The vertical sealer seals the front of the tube. Then the material is filled & the bottom seal is made. The cutter then automatically separates the pouch. The machine is suitable for packing Tea, Detergent Powder, and Kirana Items etc.

- Packing material is fed from the supply roll by pneumatically driven unwind system ensuring constant tension on the film.
- Material is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube. Registration mark controls the length of pre-printed film.
- Film overlaps and vertical sealing bar seals the film to form the tube.
- Horizontal sealing jaws seal the bottom of the film to produce partially formed pouch.
- Product is introduced into pouch through forming tube.
- Film advanced until proper length pouch has been drawn from roll. The length is controlled by registration mark.
