Pharma chem machineries provides ropp capping machine useful for sealing metallic caps or plastic screw caps of various sizes on the bottles fed on continuous line. This capping machine comes with an automatic operation and in robust construction. The company supplies this ropp capping machine with rotary cap feeding hopper and built in slat conveyor for incoming and outgoing bottles. This ropp capping machine is available with appropriate size infeed worm & star wheel to transfer the incoming bottles with caps and feed it under the sealing head. The synchronized movement of the bottles and the sealing mechanism of the ropp capping machine provide perfect sealing. Another starwheel and outgoing slat conveyor of the machine then further transport the sealed bottles. The driving mechanism of the ropp capping machine is equipped in the bottom cabinet for the main motor to drive the centre shaft along with sealing heads. This mechanism of the ropp capping machine comprises of electric motor coupled to a suitable reduction gearbox and ac frequency variable drive for changing the speed. The ropp capping machine is also available with separate electric motor for head lifting mechanism coupled with suitable reduction gearbox.
