Product Profile of Capsule Inspection Cum Polishing Machine
Pharma chem machineries offers capsule inspection cum polishing machine with three sections such as feeding section, inspection section and polishing section. The different sections of the machine include
- Feeding section includes stainless steel hopper and vibrator with powder collector. As the capsules pass through the vibrator, some amount of powder gets collected in the stainless steel collector because of vibration.
- Inspection section is compatible with a conveyor belt and drive with variable speed. There is lighting source above this inspection part of the capsule inspection cum polishing machine to inspect the capsules. The capsules move on the conveyor belt and while moving, revolve around the axis due to angular guides. This total visual inspection of the capsules in this machine is undertaken by operator to sort out defective capsules. The defective capsules are then sorted manually by pluckers or by hand.
- Polishing section part of capsule inspection cum polishing machine is compatible with two stainless steel chamber installed with filter cloth, revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush stainless steel powder collector and vacuum dust collector. The capsule from one end of the brush in this section travels to the other end and is subjected to roll in between the nylon bristles and filter cloth. The powder on capsules and at the edge is polished twice in two chambers the powder settled at the edge of capsules also removed in this operation. The capsules that come out of the chute are throughly polished, glossy and clean.
