Ser-03 is a 2-axis pc-based servo controller card which converts the pc to motion control station. It has interfaces to 2 servo amplifiers [±10 v], 2 incremental encoders, 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. Using the servolib application software, the user can easily program the motion profiles as required. The commands available in servolib are read input, set output, set target position, read current position, set/reset acceleration/deceleration, etc. Cnc software, which enables user to program the system with iso standard g/m codes, is available as an option. Similarly, the user can load an autocad dxf file and the servo motors will trace a profile as per the drawing.
