Sigma link offers precision press brake tools from euram, italy. Tools `can be supplied for different tooling styles such as euro, american, beyeler haco trumpf and wila. It is possible to change existing tool style [like lvd, haco-american, beyeler, etc] to euro style mounting with suitable adapters. Intermediate upper toolholders are available for the same. Hardened and ground tools with special materials are supplied by euram for stainless steel bending. For quick changing of dies, 2 v dies can be mounted on lower tool holders. This will reduce tool set-up time. Tools for special operation like hemming and z bending are supplied on request. Euram damps are available for quick release application. For segmented tools, clamps with rubber blocking can be provided. Double safety clamps are also available. Euram tool can be used for air bending and/or bottoming operations. Precision manufactured euram tools ensure interchange ability with solid as well as sectioned tools.
