Prakash mechanic works presentes 38 mm capacity all geared auto feed radial drilling machines. They come witih a gear box of 9 speed with al9 gears ofen-9 speed and gears are hardened up to rc-40-45. Oil bath gear long life to the machine. Auto feed gears are also hardened and are supported through good quality bearings. The machines ar supplied with complete electronical panel board with 5 pushbutton switches and one limit switch. Rotation and easy sliding in bearings give higher reliability and the base plate is provided with in built coolant tank, steel ram and pinion with 9 dp heavy teeth enabales greater load capacity
