Electronic switches [i] p. Ltd offers wide range of infra red slot sensors for various industrial applications. The sensors are housed in abs plastic die-cast housing with a prewired cable. Models are available with slot gap 3 mm, 5 mm, 20 mm and 50 mm, 100 mm. The sensors works on 10 to 30 v dc supply and output available is npn or pnp transistors as required by the customer. The sensors are short circuit and reverse polarity protected. No / nc selection facility available in the sensors reduces the inventory cost as the same sensor can be used in no or nc configuration as per the application of the customer.
The sensors are used for special applications such as edge guide control, sliver / thread breakage detection, object detection, counting applications, limit sensor etc. Various types of custom build controller with required logic, microprocessor based counters and controllers are offered with the sensors. The sensors are used for different applications such as object sensing, counting, paper breakage detection, label sensor etc.
