Ace heat tech manufactures and exports medium wave quartz infrared heaters. These are equipped with a helically wound resistance coil. The coil is housed in a vitreous silica fused quartz tube. These are available in diameters of 8, 10, 12, 15 and 19 mm and in lengths from 300 to 1500 mm. The quartz tubing is sealed with ceramic insulating caps. These heaters can only be used in horizontal position. These are widely used in shrink packaging machines, curing rubber, and lamination industries etc. These are highly reliable and do not require maintenance.
