Macawber engineering systems offers denseveyor, a low velocity dense phase solids pump, which conveys materials in one smooth operation. This is primarily for handling materials such as materials: abrasive, hot and or/wet for easy transfer. It is suitable for gentle handling of friable products to prevent degradation and separation of blended materials. The products are also used for pneumatic conveying of powders, granules and irregularly shaped materials without degradation or segragrtion. The denseveyor comprises a 1 piece body with top inlet aperture for inflow of material and a horizontal outlet aperture for conveying material. On the top inlet aperture, a pressure tight dome valve is designed, which is the only moving part in the system. There is controlled air supply to the conveying vessel.
