Quartet thermal engineering has contributed to this upgradation by designing, manufacturing and supplying various models of both continuous and batch tuype furnaces to more than a hundred customers all over india and abroad. The continuous models a offered are in the range of 20 to 30 kg/hr, 40 to 50 kg/hr, 50 to 65 kg/hr, 80-120 kg/hr, and 120 to 175 kg/hr. The furnaces are shaker hearth type and supplied with an oil quenching fully automatic and material fed from one end are delivered at the other end duly heat treated and quenched. The above system can also be fitted with automatic loading conveyor, continuous pre washing and post washing equipment and a continuous tempering furnace. In this system, the materials also are fully tempered and delivered at the end without manual intervention.
