The Auto Sleeve Grinder Machine comes with the following features:

• One peace machine base: is made of close grain alloyed special cast iron up to required hardness and heavily ribbed seasoned body with exceptional static and dynamic rigidity, it is sufficient to prevent vibration & distortion. The guide ways are "flat" on one side & "V" types on other are precision hand scrapped to match corresponding surfaced of the table slides. Zigzag type oil grooved in the flat & V for continue oil filament for easy movement of table and less wear & tear. Lubrication system in flat & v through hand pump.

• Table: the table having flat & v ways finally hand scrapped resting on bed ways. Only for straight grinding work table is build, having t on upper portion fro clamping the work head and tailstock, one sided table feed is obtained through gear box.

• Work head: the machine has robust work head spindle made from alloy steel run in oil bath fitted in super quality Imported taper roller bearing. The drive to the spindle is by "v" balanced pulley, power is transmitted through v belts from balanced electric motor.

• Tailstock: the tailstock is designed to travel easily on the table is equipped with centre carrying spindle travelling perfectly bore and honing.

• Grinding wheel head: the spindle is made from alloy steel en 24 especially heat related to achieve very high Dimensional accuracy and stability for life time, runs in adjustable with metal bush type bearing, working characteristics of the bearing are maintained constant under all working rotation, balancing and grinding wheel resulting in uniform distribution of load for fine accuracy and smooth running of grinding wheel. The spindle is tapered at the front to receive the wheel flange. The spindle cartridge unit can be very easily interchanged. The wheel slide infeed movement is obtained through rotation of the hand wheel 0.01 mm.

• Gear box: hand feed and one sided mechanically drives are available. Gears are made from graded casting, perfectly gear pitch, and are match and it run in oil bath. Motor for feed is in the machine body.

• Tool post: is fixed with gear box to take limit cut for reducing grinding process for sleeve.
