Abbott toolfast offers precision sine vice. This is a toolmakers` vice, mounted on a precision sine bar, having hardened and ground rollers on hardened bottom plates made of tool steel, to obtain precise angles by means of gauge blocks. This vice is all hardened and tempered 52-56 hrc, and precision ground for parallelism and squareness within 5 m. This sine vice can be used as a reference for inspection. This is available in three models having 50 mm, 73 mm and 100 m m jaw width.
