Abbott toolfast manufactures low height and high quality tool steel magnetic sine table. These table are constructed from tool steel hardened and tempered to 52-56 hrc with angle setting accuracy within ± 5 seconds and parallelism within ± 0.005 mm. The magnetic sine tables are available with technical specifications like within ±0.005 mm centre distance of rollers and 2 mm depth recess on rest plate for setting up of small angles with standard gauge blocks. Some of the salient features of the magnetic sine table are rust free hardened and ground hinge roller; close pole-high power magnetic top; inspection certificate; and chart for setting sine angles with the help of gauge blocks.
