These textile rubber blankets are manufactured by hawa enterprises, specialising rubber blanket technology applied to the controlled compressive shrinking process on the zero machines. The blanket is processed from natural rubber and finished according to the highest acceptable technical standards, normally used in textile finishing for pre-shrinking fine, light weight cloth [properly known as sanforising]. It can also be used on twills, drills, denim and other medium weight fabrics. Features: the blankets are produced in a specialised plant where no other products are manufactured. This ensures freedom from product contamination and total dedication to producing the best product. Blankets are available in length up to 1950 mm and thickness up to 76mm. These blankets resist cracking on both sides. They have a precise hardness of 38 shore. A softer blanket may produce fabric corrugation and require frequent grinding. Harder blankets have lover potential shrinkage and greater tendency to cracking.
