It has been designed to produce continuous forms used in computers and edp machines, for example ezr forms, company stationery in multi color like invoices, delivery challans, receipts, pay slips, statements, bank statement, insurance/ defence/ railway forms, allotment letters, etc.
The product has been professionally engineered and meticulously tested to ensure minimum period of time. The plants has some features :

• The plants are made of steel which have been ground and hard chrome-plated to provide long life.

• The unit uses a friction disc brake system and a dancer roller to maintain appropriate web tension.

• High quality manufacturing standards used for all cylinders assure precise pressure control to obtain accurate, consistent dot transfer.

• Two perforation cylinder sets plus one station for linear perforation and micro cutters are provided as standard fittings. This provides flexibility of perforation spacing.

• Zigzag spiral folder is designed to operate at full press speed.

• All the units are controlled by a transmission shaft driven by a dc motor.
