They have two types of auxiliary equipments. They are:
1] plate exposing unit
Alois gutenberg`s the web offset plate exposing and developing system is equipped with 1000 watt mercury vapor lamp and vacuum chamber for the plate unit. It assure high quality of reproductively. The power requirement for this unit is 220 v, single phase power supply.
2] plate baking unit
Alois gutenberg offers the plate baking unit. This is use for baking pre-sensitized offset plates to increase the plate run-life by approximately 250%. This is a special baking chamber area. Plates once baked, become tempered and cannot be scratched, reducing the wear and tear, reducing the changeover time, and increasing the shelf life of plates for reruns. This unit requires 220 v, 15 amps, 1 phase power supply.
