Vxl systems presents primary and secondary drum filter, apt for blow room dust air filtration and non stop waste collection of cards and combers. This filter is very much flexible and amazing piece of equipment that insures total filtration through its sole concept. The continuously rotating disc type primary filter filters the coarse particles and fibres from the incoming air, which in turn is sucked by a fan through a nozzle and ejected out in a compactor. The fine dust from here is filtered in the stationary fabric drum that acts as a secondary filter. A set of rotating and traversing suction nozzles are located inside the drum to continuously remove the dust from the filter media.
