Suntej enginering introduces cyanobond cyanoacrylate super speed adhesive. This is infact a single component, quick setting low viscous, rubber, wood, ceramic leather solvent less adhesive which can bond most of plastics, pvc, metal, etc, within a couple of seconds. Due to its quick setting property, it increases production and no clamping is needed unlike epoxies. Only thumb pressure is needed for bonding any two substrates. It has very high tensile shear strength and can be used for applications like fixing logos, monograms, tacking wires on pcb, fixing capacitors on pcb, fixing rubber pads, etc, where screws cannot be applied. Fixing of rubber beadings/profiles to auto doors and windows, fixing of tail lamps and back mirrors, fixing of rubber beading around tail lamps, fixing of channels [decorative channels in auto industry] are also possible.
