Singhal power presses has introduced hsd series precision power press, model hsd 63, a high performance high production power press. This is a monolithic frame with steel welded construction. The frame and the welded components are stress relieved. The steel fabricated slide that runs in eight point extra long guides assures perfect alignment. Flywheel is quill mounted with anti friction bearings. A recirulating automatic centralised lubrication system is offered. Motorised slide adjustment using an electrical brake motor with digital shut height indication of 0.1 mm. An imported hydraulic overload protection is also given. As standard equipment, the power press will be on display with gripper feeder, straightener and motorised decoiler.
