Presents cold roll forming lines from ideal for producing w-beam and tribeam highway crash barriers as per astm standards and nhai specification. These cold roll forming lines are customised in composition and could be adopted with respect to one`s specific requirements. The various options are: a fully automatic line from coil input to final profile of the required size with punches; w-beam and or tri-beam and or c-channel for post and spacers can be formedm as required; and a roll forming machine with sheet feeding without punching [in line]. The production capacity of the above lines is 5 to 20 tonnes per 8 hour shift in normal working conditions.
