It has zinc chromated surface that ensures corrosion resistance. The spherical ball-precision finished from low carbon steel. Surface hardening assures wear resistance and chromium plating ensures corrosion resistance. Bearing raceway is injection moulded from high strength self lubricating reinforced engineering thermoplastic. It has excellent bearing characteristics like operating temperature ranging from 40°c to 80°c, self lubricating, ptfe impregnated liner, operating temperature160°c to 160°c. Features of these bearings are as follows:
