Qu-con offers kz zero leak high temp globe/gate valves for very hot hydrocarbon/thermic oil applications for use up to 385°c in sizes from 12 to 200 mm in pressure class # 150 and # 300. They are mainly cast carbon wcb valves in leakage class v as per customer requirement. Kz zero leak high temp valves incorporate special design feature and metallurgy to counter differential thermal expansion, softening of seat, reduction in compressive strength, erosion, galling, flaking and other problems associated with very high temperature media handling. The gland leakage associated to such high temperature is token core of by using kz-2, o unique reusable self-molding self-lubricated universal gland pocking which is capable of handling hot media in excess of 385°c. This gland pocking con expand radically to any extent and do not set or harden at elevated temperature. The pocking is self-lubricated and do not need mother liquid for its lubrication. The valves ore being regularly exported as port of oem equipment with boilers, textile machinery and other chemical process equipment. Since there is no leakage from stem through glands, they save lot of money by stopping wastage and pilferage. They reduce pollution, contribute towards ecology balance, reduce fire hazards, etc.
