Pec supplies 3-piece design, full bore, flush bottom ball valves for liquids containing soft slurries, etc. Liquids solidify at ambient temperature. The cavity between the flanged face and the ball is reduced to a minimum length to minimise settling of solids and solidification of liquids. Thus maintenance of the flush bottom ball type valves is reduced. The flush bottom ball type valves are manufactured in different materials like ss 304, ss 316, ss 304l, alloy-20, hastalloy, cast iron, and cast steel, etc. Sizes are available up to 150 mm nb end connection flange. For more problematic nature of liquids, flush bottom tank valves are also available.
