Nugen offersmanufactures trimans light gauge hydraulic shearing machines built as per accuracies recommended by imtma standards in a range of thicknesses up to 3.15 mm [10 swg] and widths of 1,250 mm, 1,500 mm, 2,000 mm, 2,500 mm and 3,000 mm. These machines are suitableefficient for shearing metallic and non-metallic materials and can be easily integrated for on-line shearing applications such as cut-to-length line, roll forming line, and coil build-up line. Two small cylinders at the rear synchronised by a torsion tube provide undercrank hydraulic drive to the cutting beam. The ram automatically reverses on completion of the cut irrespective of the job length reducing idle travel and increasing productivity for smaller jobs.
