Moreind automation presents an electronic length counter, a microcomputer based instrument exclusively for cheese winders and cone winders,it is model elc-2. It` s designed to produce correct length packages in all the drums of cheese winders and cone winders. The production data can be printed in a parallel printer directly or stored in the system for detailed analysis. Apart from correct length packages, elc-2 helps the productivity to a considerable extent. All drums can be set individually to run different lengths so different counts can be run at the same time. A centralised computer can manage the length setting for all the elc-2 units. It`s technical specification is as follows: settings are simple in elc-2 with all programmable parameters [length, input radio, slippage and weight constants] accessed through a bright 8 digit led display and numeric keypad.
