Matz pumps offers a range of rotary gear pumps, type external gear - single, double, helical and spur type. These are available in capacity range - 2 lpm to 3,000 lpm. The maximum discharge pressure is up to 25 kg/cm². Material of construction: body in - grey cast iron, carbon steel, ni-hard, aisi 410, 430, 440c, 304, 316, 321, 304l, alloy-20, nickel-molybdenum alloys, hastelloy a, b, c and titanium; gears and shaft in - carbon steel, en-8, 9, 19, 24, 36, aisi 410, 430, 440c, 304, 316, 321 , 304l, 316l, alloy-20, nickel-molybdenum alloys, hastelloy a, b, c and titanium. Hardened gears and shaft also available. The bushes are made in bronze, cast iron, ss, ptfe, tool steel, ceramic, carbon and other self lubricating dry bush materials. The temperature range is -70° to 350°c, and viscosity range 5cps to 200,000 cps. Accessories include: suction strainers -y type, simplex/duplex basket type with differential pressure gauge/switch; suction and discharge pulsation dampners accumulator/bladder type, with gas charging kits; pressure gauges; pressure relief valves; pressure switches; and complete lube oil system along with controls. Applications: for transferring/pumping various viscous fluids like crude oil, lube oil, lshs, ldo, hsd, kerosene etc, fuel oil systems, for vegetable oils, fatty acids, molasses, soap stocks and pumping hot oil, fuel oil, bitumen in road construction machinery, etc.
