Matz pumps offers umdg range of reciprocating triplex plunger, piston or diaphragm pumps for pumping cold and hot liquids, such as water, liquid hydrocarbons, slightly contaminated and chemically aggressive liquids, like acids and alkalis in gas dehydration plants, injection and cleaning plants, reverse osmosis plants, etc. The umdg range comprises of four crankshaft casing sizes arranged horizontally which can be combined with three types of stuffing box/plunger cartridges and five types of pump heads to match individual requirements. The range of application of the individual crankshaft casings with the corresponding stuffing box/plunger cartridges units and the speed range can be determined from the selection chart. The symmetrical assembly of the crankshaft casing arrangement allows for the crankshaft to be turned around changing the shaft drive end to the opposite side to suit the driver or site conditions. The reciprocating triplex pumps find applications in refinery technology; petrochemical, steel fertilizer & chemical industry; gas processing plants; crude oil & natural gas production; injection, accumulator, reverse osmosis schemes; offshore & onshore technologies; pipeline systems for liquids & liquid gases; hydrotesting of pipes, boilers, heat exchangers & vessels; and descaling of ship hulls, jet cleaning of vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
