The main shaft is constructed of alloy steel and is driven by helical gears to give efficient trouble free transmission. Leaded bronze bushes are applicable for longer bearing life. The hopper is fabricated from stainless steel and is mounted above a feeder which oscillates in one plane to prevent uneven wear and tear. These single stroke tablet presses can be applied for tablets varying from small size to veterinary bolus and also for a lot of applications in industries like ceramics, electricals, confectionery, ferrits, plastics etc. The presses come with special spring arrangement provided below the bottom plunger nut, which takes care of compression even of bigger tablets and also reduces the extra load in ejection lever. Therefore the chances of cam getting worn out due to heavy load on ejection lever is also reduced. The spring cushion for lower punch and download mechanical pressure of the single stroke tablet presses act simultaneously thus giving the tablets compression at every level. Both pressures are adjustable to give the machine a smooth performance and take care of tablets.
