Tool Cooling Mist System is a patent pending mist unit designed to improve machining operations requiring cooling and/ or lubrication when dry machining cannot alone be used. The System is designed in such a manner that it supplies and cools the liquid to as low as 40 ° f using a small vortex tube without any additional pumping system. The System has an adjusting screw that controls the level of mist required and the liquid is siphoned into the unit using a long plastic while better in design. The Tool Cooling Mist System has no moving parts except for an adjusting screw for the fluid and has small and light weight portable design.
