Heavy Duty Bin/ Hopper Vibrator is a pneumatic piston vibrator designed to provide reliable and effective performance even when exposed to severe adverse elements and is suitable for solving heavy duty bulk material flow problems. The Vibrator of model name BH 5 has a nominal 5" piston and bore and during operation compressed air is alternately directed from one end of the piston to the other through internal ports. The Vibrator has the feature that the work or energy generated by it can be directed normal or perpendicular to the flow of the bulk material to address a specific material flow problem and is used efficiently to reduce the sliding friction angle of the hopper to overcome the strength of the bulk material in the hopper. The Heavy Duty Bin/ Hopper Vibrator can be applied to the hoppers with 100 to 300 tons of capacity with a wall thickness of 3/8" to 12" and has a 1/2" NPT inlet.
