KJN represents NAVCO based in Houston, USA for Foundry Vibrators in the Indian sub-continent. These Foundry Vibrators are pneumatic vibrating equipment for more efficient foundry. Special ductile iron castings enable these NAVCO ® foundry vibrators to be machined specifically to withstand high temperatures and prolonged usage.

The Foundry Vibrators comes under the following series:

• MP Series - Portable, Multi Use Vibrators: These are used in Foundry, small hoppers, any unique, small bolt-on, and portable requirements. The MP series vibrator is available in silent or impacting models, delivers a proven high force output for better mold density and smoother finishes. MPs Foundry Vibrators have a steel strike plate and plated pistons for longer life. An exhaust protector is designed specifically for keeping out dust and dampening the noise of the equipment.

• SMC [Free Standing] Foundry Vibrator: The NAVCO SMC vibrates come freely with standard 3" pipe holders. The piston is the only moving part and mounting bolts and springs are eliminated.

• FR Vibrator for Foundry: This vibrator helps in cleaning of flasks and pots and general knock the work. It can also be used to pack parts and chemicals and other bulk material containers
