Product Profile of Adjustable Air Amplifiers

KJN Enterprises is a licensee of Nex Flow™ Air Products Corp, Canada for their Adjustable Air Amplifiers. These air amplifiers are available in either coated aluminum or stainless steel for high temperature or corrosive environments. Adjustable Air Amplifiers are easy to mount and maintain and this reduces compressed air consumption and noise levels. These Air Amplifiers take energy from a small volume of compressed air to produce high velocity, high volume and low pressure output airflow. The Adjustable Air Amplifiers are quiet, efficient and can amplify flows up to 20 times their input air consumption rate.

The Adjustable Air Amplifier replaces fans used for blow-off, cleaning, drying, cooling and conveying. It is used in Automotive to remove water, coolant, dust, and scrap in parts manufacturing/assembly operations. In bottling industry, these amplifiers are used to blow off water from the tops of cans, bottles prior to labeling, ink jetting, palletizing or packaging. They also help to blow off chemicals or water prior to labeling or packaging.
