The spot cum projection welding machine passes a high current at a low voltage through the electrodes to the welding area. As the machine cycles put forth pressure on the metal, a joint is formed and coalescence takes place. All the parameters are exactly controlled: pressure by an air regulator, time control by an electronic circuit and current by transformer taps, which ensures a perfect welding joint.
