The conditioned pattern is then micro trimmed to the required tolerance and value by selectively trimming various adjusting points that have been designed into the photo etched pattern of the resistive element. An added benefit of integrated construction is the integrity of the interconnections that are in-built in the network unlike the man-made connections of discrete components. These networks are available as per the customers design with a combination of values from 100 ohms to 100 kohms with 50-to 100 mwatt dissipation per element. The network is marked with the customers code number, which ensures secrecy. The customer can choose to have an absolute tolerance of 0.5 percent to 0.1 percent with a ratio matching of ± 0.1 percent to ± 0.02 percent and an absolute temperature co-efficient of ± 25 ppm to ± 10 ppm with a tcr tracking of ± 10 ppm to ± 2 ppm.
