The generator of the tube-sealing systems create alternating voltage with 20 or 40 khz ultrasonic frequency across pzt crystal converting it into mechanical vibrations transmitted to special alloy horn for sealing plastic tubes. The company also supplies exclusively designed shelf to house generator, pneumatic controls and constant voltage transformer.
The maxiseal-lt12 come with advantages like 30 to 120 tubes/minute high output depending on model; mountable on almost all tube filling systems and proven rugged circuitry.
