Gullco international offers a high quality, reliable and precise kat trackers for diverse application. Kat trackers offers better providing improved weld integrity in welding operations. There are two models of these trackers. The kat trackers is very useful in solving the problem of material warpage, irregular edge fit-up, misalignment, different material thickness etc in the weld seam. They can detect the slightest variation and correct the position of the weld torch. The trackers are designed for use with the gullco "kat" travel carriage system but can readily be used with other traveling and rotating devices employed in automated welding operations. These are applied in tank, pressure vessel, pipe and structural component fabrication and deep groove welding operations.
