Fluidtherm technology has introduced fluidized bed plastic/ paint stripping furnaces. These surfaces are suitable to effectively clean painted/ polymer coated hardware such as breaker plates, spinnerettes, dies, tips, sprone bushings, moulds, jigs, fixtures, etc. The high heat transfer rates of fluidised beds greatly increase the speed of processing, thus reducing energy consumption and machine down time. The temperature uniformity of fluidised bed [± 3°c] results in consistent and uniform stripping quality. Additionally, these furnaces are dry, safe, inert and non-corrosive and thereby prevent problems of explosion, corrosion or salt solidification encountered in salt baths. These furnaces are fitted with optimal equipments such as scrubbers and after burners. Thus they are ideal for pollution control in processing. These furnaces incorporate ease of operation, low investment, low maintenance costs and a clean working environment.
