Fiacpl manufactures automatic double action deep draw hydraulic presses in capacities of 300, 450 and 750 tonnes. These high-speed presses are capable of 2 to 3 strokes [idle] per minute with minimum power consumption and maximum efficiency. They are fabricated from single plate window cutting [front and back], top and bottom plates duly machined are fabricated with window plate duly reinforced to withstand the load exerting during operation. The bottom cushion assembly provides cushioning as well as ejection of the component, without any additional lever/valve. All the hydraulic components and motors used are of reputed make.
