Eltecks corporation supplies conductive silver and graphite paints for grounding/earthing, mounting of samples, and forming conductive paths for the flow of secondary electrons in scanning electron microscope [sem]. They are dispersions of silver and graphite flakes in high adhesion and quick-evaporating vehicles. As such, excellent adhesion and conductivity is developed by them within minutes after application at ambient temperature. They are offered in ready to use consistency in the form of paints having viscosity of 150-550 cps [25 deg c, brookfield, model: rvt, spindle no: 3, spindle speed 100 rpm]. For 1228-sm [silver]the cured films have sheet resistivity of 0.05 ohms/square; and for 5128-sm [graphite], it is 50-75 k ohms/square. These paints are available in 25.0 gm leak-proof hdp containers.
