Dahanu rice milling systems provides a multi-cleaner, cms 20, a result of research and development by the company. Multicleaner msc-20 comes in three types: vibro separatory, stoner/grader gravity selector and air separator.This was one by combining the machines that are required for cleaning, grading and dry stoning cereals in a single system for reducing the installation, maintenance and building costs. The system is composed by various elements mounted an a nearing structure and the setting of each elements is independent on from the other.Some of the feature with this multi cleaner are it allows for: removing large or small impurities from the cereal, plastic granules, pellets or capsules being processed; grading these by specific weight, in two fractions, light and heavy; removal of stones from the heavy fraction of the cereal; and separate, by means of an air classification, the low density parts from the light fraction.
