The model ar50 is having drilling capacity of 50 mm in steel and 60 mm in cast iron. Its drilling motor power is 2.2 kw and arm lifting motor power is 1.5 kw. The machines are double column type having generously supplied ribs and appropriate wall thickness for base-plate, arm, inner column and column sleeve and are rigidly built to withstand static as well as severe dynamic loads. Its drill-head comprises of an oil-filled sturdy gearbox and a power full feed box, which offers 8-speeds and 4-auto feeds. Auto feed is fitted with a ball clutch, which disengages at preset drilling depth as well as against too high drilling pressure, thus prevents breakages/damages of internal moving parts. Main specifications: speed range 45 to 1100 rpm, auto feed range 0.05 to 0.2 mm per revolution of spindle, ram travel 250 mm and drilling radius is 535/1375 mm.
