Arsun engineers offers power operated kharal machines, which are most suitable for ayurvedic and herbal medicine manufacturers for their grinding, crushing and mixing applications. The main vessel, edge runner and scrapers of the machine are made of ss steel. The ss material ensures less wear and tear, protects from corrosion, does not affect the property and color of the medicine and does not react with the acidic properties of the material. Due to its heavy weight, while in rotation, edge runner imparts sufficient load upon the material, which helps the grinding, crushing, mixing process faster. The machine is driven by 1hp electric motor and spiral bevel gears and mounted on a sturdy fabricated stand at suitable height. Three models are available capacity wise from 0.5 kg up to 30 kg.
