Hindustan hydraulics offers aquila 2500 model cnc hydraulic punch press. This is a new improved machine suitable to handle 1,250x 2,500 mm without repositioning. This is 15-station machine with three hydraulic clamps. The machine is with programmable stroke length stripper height control with 650 spm nibbling at 1 mm pitch 5 mm stroke and 300 spm punching rate at 25 mm pitch with 8mm stroke. All the tool indexable within ±15 min accuracy. Maximum tool size ls 76 mm . The punching accuracy will be within ±0.1 mm over 1m and the repositioning accuracy will be within ±0.1 mm.The machine is standard with siemens 840 control, heavy-duty dual ball screw drive and optional offline radan software. The machine is suitable for all the punching and forming applications. Various options like part chute, vaccum suction, brush table, etc, are available as per the requirement.
