• The Castings of Bed, Table, Cross Rail and Columns are of rigid construction, made with addition of steel and other alloys to achieve the desired strength.
• Bed is of enough deep section braced by adequate number of ribs.
• Table is of box section with hand scraped guide ways to bear load.
• Adequate number of T -Slots are provided to clamp the work securely.
• The Columns are of rigid box section keyed firmly bolted on the bed and are capable of absorbing the heaviest possible shocks.
• Set pins will be provided to help refit machine accurately after it is dismantled.
• Cross Rail is of Camel type box section heavily ribbed with large bearing surface.
• Separate arrangement for auto lifting of cross rail is also provided with machine.
• Ram Heads are provided with Vertical and Horizontal Feeds.
