• The castings for Bed, Table, Cross Rail and Columns are of rigid construction, made with the addition of steel and other alloys to achieve the desired strength.
• All the required parts are duly stress relieved by way of Heat Treatment, after rough machining to control distortion at a later stage.
• The travel of Vertical & Horizontal Milling Heads is achieved by means of Feed Gear Boxes.
• The Feed Gear Boxes are designed to assure the separate and simultaneous travel of two Milling Heads.
• The control and adjusting elements are grouped in a Pendant Panel in such a manner that their functioning capacity is easily seen.
• Limit trip switches and control relays are also provided to protect the machine against over travel and overload.
